2023-2024 School Year: Monday through Friday • August 16, 2023 – May 9, 2024

Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM 

Note: Please make sure your children bring a water bottle, a snack, and a lunch with them.

      Questions

  • What are the requirements for my child to enroll in the program?
    All Parents Morning Out children must be walking. Children ages 3-5 must be potty-trained. All children must have a current immunization record on file to start the program.
  • How do I register my child?
    Follow this link to create your primary account on Our School Hangout (OSH). You will need to provide your name, email, phone number and password. Add your child(ren) and any other family members to your account. You will need to provide their names, birthdates, emergency contacts, and more. Wait for a confirmation email from the APC Dayschool administrative team. They will review your account and authorize it. Once your account is authorized, you can enroll or waitlist your child(ren) for the class(es) of your choice. There is no fee for joining a waitlist. After enrolling your child(ren), you will be asked to pay the registration fee and the first tuition payment online via your account on Our School Hangout (OSH).
  • When are the fees due and are they refundable?
    Fees are due on the 1st of the month and cannot be refunded for illness, temporary absences or holidays. Registration fees and tuition payments are also non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • What if I need to withdraw my child from the program?
    One month’s notice is requested if withdrawal is necessary during the school year. APC reserves the right to withdraw any child if we feel that his/her needs cannot be met by our program.
  • How do I get priority on the waiting list?
    Currently enrolled students and members of Alpharetta Presbyterian Church are given first priority on waiting lists.
  • How are the classes determined by age?
    All classes are determined by the child’s age on September 1st. (Ex: You must be 3 on or before September 1 to be in a 3-year-old class. You must be 2 on or before September 1 to be in a 2-year-old class.)
  • Is APC licensed by the state?
    APC has a state license exemption issued by Bright from the Start.
